What are the expectations around returning Vanguard equipment?
You are expected to return Vanguard equipment on your last day of employment with Vanguard. Equipment can be dropped off at any Tech Central Desk location.
If you are unable or will not be in the office on your last day, please work with your direct leader for their assistance in returning equipment to Tech Central, or see below shipping methods. Vanguard is expecting the equipment and security items as follows:
- Vanguard-issued laptops, tablets, docking stations, and/or desktop computers
- Network devices (Mifi hotspots, RAP devices)
- RSA tokens
- Security badge and G-tag
- Please do not send office chairs, monitors, keyboards, mice, or headsets. You can keep them or do with them as you wish.
Return of Equipment:
When shipping electronic equipment back to Vanguard, send an email to TechCentralEquipmentReturn@vanguard.com to request a shipping label. Boxes will not be provided by Vanguard so will need to be sourced by former Crew member or contractor. If you have an urgent request, please contact Tech Central at 800-950-6667.
